Refund Policy
At EPIC ON, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to provide a risk-free streaming experience, allowing you to request refunds under specified conditions.
- If a fee was charged for this service through Etisalat for a period of 60 days or less as from the date of the acceptance of and subscription you have right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the customer care of your decision through an unambiguous statement, following Etisalat's specific refund procedures.

Ensure that your refund request includes the
following essential details:
- Complete contact information, including your full name, email address, and phone number;
- Subscription details, such as the service name and the date of subscription;
- The payment method used for the subscription transaction.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Once we receive your refund request, we will acknowledge it promptly via email and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- If you have subscribed via carrier billing, you may be required to provide banking information, so that we may process your refund.
